Individual art Therapy

Healing Through creative expression

One on One, Individual Therapy provides a safe container for you to explore, set goals, and work towards increased self awareness and understanding. While participating in individual art therapy, you can expect to discover and awaken internal autonomy and authority, learn to trust yourself and hold yourself accountable in your own healing journey.  Sometimes in the process of individual therapy, we discover that a transition into family therapy may be appropriate. This will be done as needed and collaboratively, only with permission by you.
