Group Art Therapy provides a safe container to share our experiences and express ourselves in ways that may be inhibited or blocked in other settings. Group therapy provides a space where you will be witnessed without judgment, inviting you to be vulnerable with others who can offer feedback, insights and relatable experiences. It is incredibly healing when one discovers that they are not alone. Sharing and expressing openly fosters authentic living and deeper connection with yourself.
A.R.T.S. will be beginning small groups centered around:
